Role description

About this This is an exciting opportunity for a capable administrator who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, building strong relationships and coordinating a diverse range of educational programs, events and projects.

This role is term-time only + 10 days, commencing September 2026

 

What is the Role?

Reporting to the Deputy Head of School (Teaching & Learning K–12), you will provide high-level executive support while coordinating the administration, logistics and communication of professional learning programs, Quality Teaching initiatives, internships, events and related activities across the School.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Deputy Head’s diary, meetings, correspondence and administrative priorities.
  • Coordinating professional learning events, workshops, conferences and staff development programs.
  • Supporting the administration of Quality Teaching initiatives, including Learning Walks, Deep Dives and coaching programs.
  • Coordinating tertiary internship and professional experience placement programs.
  • Managing event logistics, communications, registrations, catering, venue bookings and digital platforms.
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, databases and administrative systems.
  • Driving continuous improvement of workflows, processes and administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, students, parents, universities and external stakeholders.
