About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experiencedInstrumental Music Teacher (Woodwind Specialist) to join the Australian School of the Arts (ASTA) Performance Music team at Sheldon College.

You will deliver high-quality group and individual woodwind tuition to students from Prep to Year 12, fostering a love of music while developing students' instrumental skills and confidence. You will be part of one of Australia's leading school music programs, featuring more than 30 ensembles and over 600 music lessons delivered each week.

This role includes responsibility for student safety and wellbeing, requiring compliance with the College's Child Safe Standards, policies and procedures, and all relevant legislative and duty of care obligations.

This is a part-time (0.6), fixed-term parental leave contract to August 2027.

Ability to direct and conduct ensembles on Thursday afternoons is essential.
