• contributes to the design and implementation of engaging learning programs that encourage enthusiasm for learning, underpinned by the College’s Instructional Model and the IB MYP/SACE curriculum frameworks
• works collaboratively with the Faculty Team
• actively contributes to co-curricular and extra-curricular activities
• demonstrates a strong commitment to the ethos, values and principles of a Lutheran school
