Role description

IIn 2027, Living Faith Lutheran Primary School will commence its expansion into secondary education with the introduction of Year 7. This carefully planned and sustainable expansion will see the College grow progressively each year, culminating in our first Year 12 graduating cohort in 2032. From 2027, the School will be known as Living Faith Lutheran College, reflecting its evolution as a K–12 learning community.

Living Faith is seeking expressions of interest from a suitably qualified HPE Specialist teacher to fulfil a permanent, full-time position commencing January 2027.

The Specialist HPE teacher at Living Faith Lutheran College is a passionate Christian educator who is inspired by the opportunity to build an exceptional HPE and Sports program as part of the secondary school and within the senior primary years. The successful applicant will play an important role in inspiring students to develop a lifelong appreciation for health, physical activity and wellbeing across Years 4–7. The Specialist HPE teacher will motivate students to participate, build confidence and develop their physical skills while fostering teamwork, resilience, healthy competition and personal growth through weekly HPE lessons, the Living Faith Sports Academy and school sporting competitions This teacher will play a significant role in shaping the culture, learning experiences and traditions that will influence generations of students within the sporting arena.
