Commencing 12 October 2026

Faith-led. People-focused. Community-driven

We’re looking for a warm, grounded, faith-filled School Chaplain to join our vibrant Christian school community — someone who can connect naturally with students, support families, encourage staff, and bring hope into everyday school life.

This role is about presence. Conversations between classes. Quiet encouragement. Celebrating wins. Supporting students through challenges. Being a trusted adult who listens well and lives authentically.

The Opportunity

Part-time | Christian School Community

As our School Chaplain, you’ll become a valued part of the life of the school — visible, approachable, and relational. You’ll work alongside school leadership and wellbeing teams to nurture the emotional, spiritual, and social wellbeing of students from diverse backgrounds.

  • The Chaplain will not be required to work during Term break (14th December 2026 to 29th January 2027).
  • From the week beginning Monday 1st February 2027, the School Chaplain position offers 12 hours per week over 39 weeks of the year (school term weeks only).
  • Preferred working days to be discussed with the successful candidate.

Your days might include:

  • Supporting students one-on-one through life’s ups and downs
  • Facilitating wellbeing, resilience, and values-based programs
  • Encouraging positive relationships and a healthy school culture
  • Partnering with parents, churches, and community supports where appropriate
  • Assisting with camp…
