Full-time Administration Assistant

St Patrick’s College for Girls, Campbelltown, is an independent Catholic school of Good Samaritan Education, dedicated to the education of young women in Years 7–12. About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable Administration Assistant to join our team and play a key role in in supporting the operational and strategic functions of the College.

This position will work closely with the Coordinator of Administrative Services to oversee the day-to-day business operations of the College, supporting administrative processes, and help ensure the organisation runs efficiently and effectively. 

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:  

  • Upholding the mission, values and Child Protection commitments of the College.
  • Act as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors, providing professional and friendly customer service.
