Role description
CREST Education is a values-based Christian education community committed to equipping students to live a life of faithful service . The CREST Education precinct is located on 138 acres in Melbourne's south east. The precinct is made up of distinct components: Hillcrest Christian College, Rivercrest Christian College, Ayr Hill Equestrian Centre, and Environmental Reserve. The newly completed Senior Learning Precinct is an exciting learning space aimed at fostering student independence and a smooth transition into a range of career pathways beyond secondary school. Beginning in 2027 and reporting to the Deputy Principal Campus Operations, the Head of Campus – Senior Secondary is a significant educational and operational leadership role with responsibility for creating an engaging, rigorous and future-focused senior secondary experience for Year 11 and 12 students. Working collaboratively as part of the CREST Leadership Team, the Head of Campus will provide strategic, cultural and day-to-day leadership across learning, student wellbeing, staff development and campus operations.
