Role description

The Head of Moderation and Studies will report to the Assistant Head of School – Studies and be a member of the Studies Office team. They will work collaboratively with the Studies Team and the Heads of Department in leading quality learning and teaching in the College. The Head of Moderation and Studies is responsible for leading the organisation of assessment exams, processing extensions and academic integrity, leading moderation processes for Year 11 and 12, supporting, organising and implementing reporting procedures, studies, and timetable related matters across Years 4-12 with specific emphasis on Years 7 to 12.

The Head of Moderation and Studies will be an exceptional educational leader with a passion for learning, teaching and organisation. They will have experience of leadership as well as appropriate qualifications, be an excellent communicator and team player with strong interpersonal skills and a breadth of experience in computer technology usage.

The Head of Moderation and Studies is offered as an ongoing position commencing Term 1, January 2027.
