Role description

We are seeking an outstanding Religious Education teacher to join our Religious Education Faculty.

This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about faith formation, theological inquiry and contemporary Religious Education. The successful applicant will join a collaborative faculty committed to delivering engaging and academically rigorous learning experiences that challenge students to explore questions of faith, meaning, morality and social justice within the Catholic and Edmund Rice traditions.

The Religious Education Faculty plays a central role in supporting the Catholic identity and mission of the College, fostering students’ religious literacy, faith development and understanding of their responsibilities as people of justice, compassion and hope.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position, commencing Term 4, 2026 (or by negotiation).

The successful applicant will contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality Religious Education programs that engage students and support their academic, spiritual and personal growth. Working collaboratively within a highly professional and supportive faculty, they will foster meaningful learning experiences that develop students’ understanding of Scripture, Catholic teaching, ethics and contemporary issues through a lens of faith.
