Full-Time Maternity Leave Position

Commencing in 2027 | 6-12 Month Contract

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Kindergarten and Pre-Primary team in 2027. This full-time maternity leave position is offered for an initial period of 6-12 months, with the possibility of ongoing employment for the successful applicant.

This rewarding multi-age teaching role is ideal for an educator who embraces play-based learning, values collaboration, and responds thoughtfully to the diverse interests, strengths, and developmental needs of young children.

About the Role

Reporting to the Principal, the successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Excellent organisational, planning, and classroom management skills.
  • An ACECQA-recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience implementing the National Quality Standard (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Western Australian Curriculum (or equivalent) to develop engaging and meaningful learning programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
