Role description

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to shape the College's brand, strengthen community connections, drive enrolment growth, and promote the many opportunities and successes within our thriving College community. Working closely with the Business Manager and senior leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of marketing, communications, digital engagement, events promotion and stakeholder engagement. Pro rata remuneration at 41 weeks $88,863.70.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver innovative marketing strategies that attract and retain student enrolments.
  • Lead the implementation of integrated marketing and communication plans across digital, print and community platforms.
  • Manage and enhance the College's website, social media channels and promotional materials, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
  • Conduct market research and stay informed of emerging trends to drive contemporary marketing initiatives.
  • Create compelling content for newsletters, publications, social media and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate community engagement activities and support key College events, including Open Days, graduations, celebrations, reunions, fundraising activities and enrolment events.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, students, families and external stakeholders to showcase College achievements and experiences.
  • Liaise with Catholic Education South Australia's communications team and contribute to broader system-wide communication initiatives.
