Role description

At St Michael’s College, we are committed to providing an inspiring, inclusive and challenging learning environment where students are encouraged to strive for excellence and become the best they can be.

Due to planned leave, the College is seeking to appoint a Secondary Teacher for Term 4, 2026. This replacement contract involves teaching English, Religious Education and Pastoral Care, with the possibility of additional relief work.

The College is committed to preparing students to be compassionate and enthusiastic contributors to society, with a strong focus on service to others, especially the marginalised and those in need.

Evidentiary Requirements

  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the South Australian Teachers Registration Board
  • Applicable First Aid Certificate relevant to the role requirements
  • Current and acceptable Working with Children Clearance and screening to work in Catholic Education SA
  • Current valid Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care certificate
  • Current Driver’s License
