The Role
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Deputy Principal to work closely with the Principal and administrative team in shaping the school’s identity, vision and direction. The successful applicant will ideally bring strong expertise in educational leadership, student support, early childhood education, curriculum development and change management.
You would display sound knowledge of explicit instruction and a proven ability to build positive, respectful relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider school community. As an educational leader, you should actively contribute to the development and promotion of the school’s values, ethos and priorities, while fostering a culture where staff, volunteers and community members feel empowered to share ownership of the school’s vision and goals.
