About our team
The Senior Leaders – School Performance team provides guidance and support to schools within their assigned clusters. They liaise with BCEO functional managers and specialist staff to ensure timely advice and services, maintaining professional relationships with principals and acting as a mediating layer between schools and the system. Key areas of support include Catholic Identity, Educative and Instructional Leadership, Professional Learning and Teaching Practice, School Management, and Internal and External Compliance and Reporting.
