Salary Range: $34.17 - $35.62 per hour pending experience + super

 

Join our team as an Administration Officer - Front Reception and Enrolments at St Margaret Mary's College, Hyde Park! 

We are seeking a friendly and organised Administration Officer - Front Reception and Enrolments to join our team in a fixed-term, term-time capacity through to 4 December 2026, working 37.5 hours per week. In this role, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for families and visitors while managing switchboard duties, processing enrolment enquiries, and maintaining accurate student records to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the College.

With strong communication skills, excellent computer literacy, and a calm, solution-focused approach, you will build positive relationships across the school community and assist with key events like Orientation Day.  If you are passionate about delivering high-quality administrative support, we would love to receive your application.
