The Role
Coodanup College is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Head of Learning Area - Health and Physical Education to join their leadership team.
The successful applicant should have a focus on instructional leadership, be a creative thinker, and have a willingness to lead change. With a large part of the role being able to build and maintain an effective team, strong communication and interpersonal skills are desirable. This position ideally requires a dynamic leader who can motivate and manage staff, lead the development of engaging curriculum and contribute to the schools strategic and operational plans through strong leadership, collaborative processes and extensive professional knowledge.
The successful applicant will ideally have the experience and professional knowledge to lead staff and curriculum development across the Health and Physical Education disciplines and should display an understanding of Teaching for Impact and have the ability to model high-impact…
