About Heritage College Lake Macquarie
Heritage College Lake Macquarie (HCLM) is an Independent, co-educational K-12 Christian school located in the growing Lake Macquarie area of Morisset. HCLM staff are responsible for supporting the college to deliver educational services that are effective in preparing every child to meet the challenges of a changing world with courage and confidence. Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive learning outcomes and support student success with a strong emphasis on supporting and promoting student wellbeing and the College’s Christian values.
  • Able to develop positive and innovative learning environments, applying evidence-based behaviour management strategies to support student wellbeing and achievement.
  • Experience in the implementation of effective classroom practice underpinned by 21st Century pedagogy; particular consideration will be given to candidates with experience in Explicit Instruction.
