Learning Enrichment Teachers’ Aide

Permanent Position 3 days per week, commencing in 2027

Central Coast Grammar School is a leading K-12 independent, coeducational and nondenominational school.   Located on a single 18 hectare campus overlooking the Matcham Valley close to the heart of Erina, our school offers a spacious environment where students can grow and flourish.

Supporting students from Year K-6 needing additional assistance to achieve particular outcomes, this role requires a person with a flexible approach, a willingness to learn and experience.

To be successful you will have worked in a similar role within a school environment.

Your skills and abilities are to include:

• A Certificate III in Education Support – Teachers’ Aide Special, or
• Third or Fourth Year Primary Teaching Student with excellent practicum and academic reports
• Effective communication skills – both verbal and written
• Ability to work closely with classroom teachers to deliver adjusted programs
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team
• Computer literate with broad experience with assistive technologies
