LEADERSHIP ROLE | Head of Learning Support | Commencement Term 1, 2027 | Permanent (full-time)
Arden Anglican School is seeking an exceptional educator and leader to join our team as Head of Learning Support (Secondary). This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced teacher to lead and develop our learning support programs, ensuring every student is well taught and well cared for.
As a key member of our educational team, the successful applicant will provide strategic leadership of Learning Support across the School, working collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and external specialists to ensure all students are supported to achieve their full potential. In addition, you will teach a class in your key learning area or Christian Studies.
About You
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- A strong commitment to the Christian faith and active support of the School’s Christian mission and values.
- Appropriate teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation.
- Experience in Learning Support.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to lead initiatives and influence best practice.
- A sound understanding of contemporary approaches to supporting diverse learners.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to supporting student success.
