Role description
Position Details:
As the Sports Coordinator you are responsible for the successful management and coordination of the inter-school and co-curricular sporting program at the College. Your day will look like:
• being a leader and a role model of the College's values for students, coaches and peers
• creating and maintaining a culture of participation in sport
• building strong relationships based on mutual respect with members of the community and external providers
• utilising effective and contemporary teaching and learning that consider the individual learning needs of students
• supporting the Vision for Learning to grow courageous, flexible, engaged and connected learners
• actively supporting Catholic identity and the development of faith
• being innovative and implementing positive change
Selection Criteria:
• a tertiary teaching qualification and TRBWA registration
• a current Working with Children Registration
• to be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education
• to be working toward or have completed Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School
