Role Outline
The Head of Future Pathways is a middle leadership position responsible for leading and coordinating the College's approach to career development, pathway planning and post-school transitions. The role provides leadership in ensuring students are equipped with the knowledge, skills, experiences and guidance required to make informed decisions about future education, training and employment opportunities.
The Head of Future Pathways works collaboratively with students, families, staff, tertiary institutions, industry partners and community organisations to promote a culture of aspiration, achievement and lifelong learning. The position plays a critical role in supporting students to identify and pursue pathway opportunities that align with their interests, strengths, values and goals.
