The Early Childhood Worker (Room Lead) - long day care program is responsible to the preschool director/site leader for the provision of a quality long day care program, and will contribute to the planning and evaluation of the program to meet the needs of individual children, their families and the rural community, in accordance with the Department for Education policies and procedures and the National Quality Framework (NQF)
