Xavier College invites applications from passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to join the founding staff of our brand new Riverlea Campus (R–6), opening in January 2027.

This is a unique opportunity to help establish our College community from the very beginning. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and learning experiences that will inspire our students.

We are seeking educators who are passionate about creating engaging learning environments, building meaningful relationships with students and families, and contributing to a collaborative and innovative team culture.
