Role description

We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Support Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

In 2026 we saw the arrival of Brabham Primary School’s (PS) Inclusion Hub students. The Inclusion Hub caters for students who meet eligibility for enrolment in an endorsed Education Support Program. As a one model school Brabham PS provides an engaging and dynamic education program within an inclusive and caring environment. The school caters for 1080 students with Kindergarten and Pre- Primary students located off site. Years 1 to 6 students, including our Inclusion Hub students, are located on the main school site, which is located on Lakefield Drive, Brabham.

Through the recruitment of passionate and engaged Years 1 to 6 teachers who value personal excellence, and respect diversity, the school promotes an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment. Our teachers have high expectations for student learning and behaviour. They are committed to working as part of a dynamic team, to engage and develop resilient, creative, and responsible students who care for one another.

Staff work in partnership with the community, to promote the school's vision of 'success for all within a culture of excellence and inclusion'. Valuing parents as partners in their child's education; students, families and staff are all actively encouraged to share a lifelong passion for learning.
