Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee teaching, learning, and curriculum implementation.
• Monitor academic performance and drive student achievement.
• Coordinate assessment, examinations, and academic reporting.
• Support and mentor teachers to enhance professional practice.
• Support and Mentor students in their studies and events.
• Lead Year 11-12 pathways, subject selection, and WACE monitoring.
• Provide pathway advice relating to university, TAFE, VET, and employment opportunities.
• Build a culture of academic excellence, belonging, and continuous improvement. 

Essential Requirements

• Demonstrated educational leadership and curriculum coordination experience.
• Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
