Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee teaching, learning, and curriculum implementation.
- Monitor academic performance and drive student achievement.
- Coordinate assessment, examinations, and academic reporting.
- Support and mentor teachers to enhance professional practice.
- Support and Mentor students in their studies and events.
- Lead Year 11-12 pathways, subject selection, and WACE monitoring.
- Provide pathway advice relating to university, TAFE, VET, and employment opportunities.
- Build a culture of academic excellence, belonging, and continuous improvement.
