About The Role
Knox Grammar School is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Mathematics Teacher to join our highly regarded Secondary School in Term 1, 2027 on a 12-month fixed term contract. Working within a collegial and high-performing department, you will contribute to a culture of academic excellence while supporting students to reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Relevant education qualifications including a current NESA accreditation.
- Experience teaching Mathematics in Stages 4 and 5 and Stage 6.
- Deliver engaging, innovative and differentiated learning experiences
- A variety of effective teaching strategies that engage students of varying abilities on their path to achieving specific learning outcomes.
- Experience in the design, production and administration of formative and summative assessments tasks.
- Effective management strategies for students of differing abilities and levels of engagement.
