The Opportunity

Kildare College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic WHS, Risk and Compliance Officer to join our team.  The WHS, Risk and Compliance Officer is a key member of the College community, providing specialist leadership, advice and coordination in areas of WHS, risk management and compliance.  The position works collaboratively with the College community and in partnership with Kildare Education Ministries (KEM), Catholic Safety and Injury Management, (CSaIM) and College Leaders.

• 30 hours per week (hours and days of work to be negotiated)
• 42 weeks per year

About You

• Demonstrated high-level specialist knowledge and experience in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), Return to Work (RTW), risk management, compliance legislation, and best-practice implementation.
• Highly organised, with the ability to initiate, analyse, design, plan, implement and evaluate specialist WHS, risk and compliance functions.
• Skilled communicator and relationship builder who develops positive and respectful relationships with staff, and external stakeholders, while working effectively both…
