The Opportunity
Kildare College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team. The Administration Assistant is a key member of the College community, providing professional administrative support to the Learning Enrichment team. The position works collaboratively with staff, students, families and external professionals to ensure information is accurate, current and accessible.
- 30 hours per week (hours and days of work to be negotiated)
- 43 weeks per year
About You
- Highly organised and capable administrator with experience in undertaking a broad range of administrative functions, prioritising competing demands, and delivering high-quality outcomes
- Skilled communicator and relationship builder who develops positive and respectful connections with staff, students, families and external stakeholders, while working effectively both independently and collaboratively
