Bunbury Catholic College is a Catholic co-educational secondary school catering for approximately 960 students in Years 7 to 12. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Maintenance and Grounds Person to join our Property Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining high-quality facilities and grounds and enjoys working within a supportive school community.
Reporting to the Property Services Manager, the successful applicant will play an important role in ensuring that College buildings, grounds, equipment and reticulation systems are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
•    Management and maintenance of the College reticulation system
•    General maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment
•    Responding to maintenance requests and prioritising tasks
•    Assisting with the upkeep of lawns, ovals and landscaped areas
•    Maintaining maintenance records and ordering required supplies
•    Supporting College events through equipment set-up and transport
•    Upholding Work Health and Safety standards across all duties
