Details: Alfred Deakin High School is seeking a Timetabling & Community Engagement Officer who is responsible for the strategic coordination and ongoing management of the school’s master timetable and associated operational systems, ensuring the effective delivery of curriculum and smooth day-to-day school operations. The role provides specialist expertise across complex timetabling processes, including staffing and room allocations, playground duties, electives, Web Preferences, rollovers and timetable modifications, while working closely with Executive and staff to develop practical solutions that balance curriculum, staffing, student wellbeing and operational priorities.

The position also leads community engagement initiatives, including social media, grants and sponsorships, end-of-year activities and programs that strengthen belonging and connection across the school community.
