Selection Criteria
SC1. Demonstrated leadership capacity to coordinate and strengthen allied health services across Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels of support, ensuring services are responsive to student needs and aligned with whole-school priorities, inclusion practices and the School Strategic Plan.
SC2. Demonstrated ability to build strong, professional and respectful relationships with students, families, staff and external professionals, leading the allied health team to work collaboratively with the broader school community to create safe, kind and respectful learning environments where all children can thrive socially, emotionally and academically.
SC3. Demonstrated capacity to provide strategic leadership within a school setting, working collaboratively under the direction of the Deputy Principal and contributing to whole-school wellbeing, inclusion and improvement priorities. This includes maintaining a strong and visible presence across the school and ensuring allied health practice is integrated into teaching, learning, wellbeing and inclusion.
SC4.Demonstrated ability to lead a high-performing allied health team, establishing consistent processes, clear expectations and effective communication across Occupational Therapy, Social Work and Speech Pathology services, while promoting professional learning, collaboration and continuous improvement.
