Selection Criteria

SC1 Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of inclusive education practices, with the capacity to support processes associated with Disability Inclusion, including the collection, organisation and preparation of relevant student information and supporting evidence.

SC2 Demonstrated ability to support individual students and small groups through structured, targeted intervention programs designed to improve student engagement, participation, wellbeing, social-emotional development and access to learning.

SC3 Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate and confidential records, monitor timelines and coordinate documentation in accordance with established school and Department processes.

SC4 Demonstrated high-level communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, teachers, education support staff, wellbeing staff and other relevant professionals.

SC5 Demonstrated capacity to work independently within established guidelines, exercise initiative and sound judgement, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and professional boundaries.
