Selection Criteria

Demonstrated ability to build positive and productive relationships with students, families, staff, community organisations and external agencies, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen school-community partnerships.

SC2: Communication and Resource Development

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to develop effective resources, communications and information materials for a diverse range of audiences.

SC3: Multimedia and Digital Communications

Demonstrated experience in photography, videography, digital content management and the effective use of communication technologies to engage school communities.

SC4: Organisation and Project Coordination

Demonstrated capacity to coordinate projects, events and communication activities, manage competing priorities and meet established timelines.

SC5: Collaboration and Teamwork

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and contribute positively to whole-school improvement initiatives focused on student engagement, wellbeing and inclusion.

SC6: Digital Systems and Continuous Improvement

Demonstrated experience supporting the implementation and adoption of digital systems, workflows and communication platforms, including the ability to identify and implement practical improvements that enhance efficiency and engagement.
