Key Selection Criteria
Criteria 1: Demonstrated capacity to design and deliver high-quality language learning programs using evidence-based pedagogical strategies that improve student learning outcomes across Years F¿6.
Criteria 2: Demonstrated high level of ability to monitor and assess student learning. Demonstrated high level of ability to use data to inform teaching practice and to provide feedback on student learning growth and achievement to students and parents.
Criteria 3: Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated high level of ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the broader school community to enhance intercultural understanding and support language learning.
Criteria 4: Demonstrated capacity to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that promotes positive behaviour, cultural inclusion, and student well-being.
