Selection Criteria

SC1 ¿ Facilities Management, Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge
Demonstrated substantial experience and knowledge of facilities management, including relevant Department of Education (DET) policies, procedures, regulations and requirements. Demonstrated understanding of OHS, essential services, contractor management and induction, child safety and compliance obligations, with the ability to identify risks, maintain accurate records and ensure required follow-up actions are completed.

SC2 ¿ Facilities Systems and Information Management
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in using the Schools Asset Information Management System (AIMS) and other relevant computer applications to manage facilities information, maintenance activities, compliance requirements, records and reporting. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and utilise systems effectively to support the delivery of facilities services.

SC3 ¿ Project, Contractor and Service Management
Demonstrated project management capability, including the ability to coordinate staff, contractors and external service providers; prepare and monitor scopes of work; manage timelines and priorities; obtain and assess quotations where required; and monitor the quality and delivery of works against agreed standards, specifications and Department requirements.
