Evidence based programs provide a structured approach to the teaching of all curriculum areas, with a strong focus on the development of early literacy skills through our systematic synthetic phonics approach to reading.  Students are supported in their next steps of learning through the creation of developmentally appropriate learning goals and point of need teaching.

Selection Criteria

SC1    Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including the ability to incorporate the teaching of literacy and numeracy skills. Demonstrated experience in responding to student learning needs.
