Selection Criteria

KSC 1 ¿ Curriculum and Individualised Learning
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant curriculum and the ability to develop and implement individualised learning programs responsive to diverse student learning needs.

Demonstrated ability to assess student learning and provide targeted literacy and numeracy teaching that supports measurable learning growth.

Demonstrated ability to engage and support young people experiencing barriers to education through inclusive, relationship-based and trauma-informed practice.

KSC 4 ¿ Assessment, Pathways and Transitions
Demonstrated ability to monitor student progress and support young people to identify and transition into appropriate education, training or employment pathways.

KSC 5 ¿ Communication and Collaboration
Demonstrated high-level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, school staff, multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
