Role description

The Youth Support Coordinator supports at-risk students to overcome barriers to education and training through individual support, case management, referrals and early
intervention.
Based at Babinda State School, the role works closely with students, families, school staff and community agencies to improve attendance, engagement,
wellbeing and educational outcomes, including through home visits and tailored support programs. This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.60FTE),
43.5 hours per fortnight.
