St Martins Lutheran College is seeking an engaging and relational Director of Ministry to provide leadership for Ministry and Spiritual Formation across our R–12 College community. Working closely with the Principal and Head of Pastoral Care, the Director of Ministry will lead the worship and devotional life of the College and provide leadership across faith formation, pastoral and spiritual care, service learning, social justice and outreach. The role leads the College Ministry Team and will develop and implement a strategic approach to Ministry and Spiritual Formation, while creating meaningful opportunities for students and staff to participate in and lead ministry across the College.

We are looking for an engaging communicator who brings strong spiritual, strategic and servant leadership. The successful applicant will be highly relational, approachable and comfortable building authentic connections with children, young people, staff and families.
