Role description
Killester College is seeking an outstanding educational leader with a passion for learning and teaching to join our College community as Assistant Principal - Learning and Teaching, commencing at the start of the 2027 school year.
This is an exciting opportunity for a progressive and contemporary leader to shape the future of learning and teaching across the College. As a member of the College’s Leadership Team, the Assistant Principal – Learning and Teaching will provide strategic leadership that builds collective capability, strengthens teaching practice and leads meaningful improvement in student learning and outcomes.
The successful candidate will be an authentic and relational leader who builds trust, develops the capability of others, fosters professional dialogue and brings people together around a shared purpose, creating a culture for staff and students to thrive.
