We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Assistant - Special Needs for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

At Paraburdoo Primary School (PS), our purpose is to ensure every child is provided with every opportunity every day to develop the skills and knowledge they need to become resilient, well balanced and successful individuals who contribute positively to society throughout their lives.

Paraburdoo PS caters for approximately 200 students from Kindergarten to Year 6 in the Shire of Ashburton. The Role

Join our team as a Special Needs Education Assistant and support the Department's objective of teaching and learning for students with special needs. You will assist in the implementation of specialised education programs such as occupational therapy, speech therapy and physiotherapy, helping to ensure that students receive the best possible education.
