Role description
EXECUTIVE DEPUTY PRINCIPAL
The leadership appointment will have a three (3) year tenure, with an ongoing teaching position associated with this appointment. The commencement date for the successful applicant is 25 January 2027.
The role of Executive Deputy Principal is to support the Principal in the overall leadership, management and strategic direction of the College. Working closely with the Principal, the Executive Deputy Principal contributes to the implementation of the College’s vision and strategic priorities and supports the continuous improvement of all aspects of College life.
The incumbent ensures that the educational aims of the College are achieved and that all areas of College life reflect and uphold the values of our Catholic tradition and the College’s Franciscan heritage and charism.
The successful applicant will be supported by the leadership structures within the College, as well as an effective Professional Learning program.
