Role description

Nestled in the picturesque town of Denmark in Western Australia’s Great Southern region, our beautiful school offers a unique opportunity for an inspiring educational leader to shape the next chapter of a growing Steiner school.

Set on six hectares just two kilometres from the centre of town and bordering the tranquil 
Scotsdale Brook, our school provides an exceptional environment in which children can learn, grow and flourish. We are an established K–10 school with registration to expand to K–12 by 2028. With approximately 180 students, we are entering an exciting period of growth and development.

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and visionary Principal to lead our school in its next stage of development. Working collaboratively with the College of Teachers and the school leadership team, the Principal provides educational, operational and community leadership while upholding the principles of Steiner education and fostering a culture grounded in trust, professionalism, accountability, kindness, joy, and curiosity.
