Role description


We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Support Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Aveley Secondary College (SC) opened in 2018 and is a large secondary school catering for students from Year 7 to 12 in Perth’s Swan Valley. The College is recognised as a school of choice, with high expectations and standards, a progressive approach and a commitment to excellence.

Our Education Support Program caters for more than 70 students with moderate to severe disabilities and is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of young people with complex needs. We are committed to the belief that all students have the capacity to learn and thrive, both within the school environment and in the broader community. We provide a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment where students are supported to develop their skills, build independence and create pathways for the future.
