Role description

Central Coast Steiner School is seeking an inspiring and highly organised educational leader to serve as our International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Coordinator for Years 11 and 12, commencing in Term 1, 2027.

This is a significant leadership opportunity for an experienced secondary educator who is passionate about academic excellence, student wellbeing, and the transformative potential of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme within a Steiner educational environment.

The successful applicant will coordinate and lead the delivery, development and continuous improvement of the IBDP while maintaining a 0.6 FTE teaching load within the Senior School.
