Role description

St Sava College is a co-educational Serbian Orthodox School located in south-west Sydney. The 186 -acre property sits between Campbelltown Rd and Camden Valley Way at 381 St Andrews Rd, Varroville.

St Sava College is seeking an outstanding executive assistant to be part of a passionate, energetic and creative team.

Role:

Applicants will:

  • Be baptised Christians who support the mission, values and philosophy of the school
  • Comply with policy and procedures
  • Experience in executive support, education administration
  • Perform duties appropriate in organisational management, marketing and enrolments
  • Engage in professional learning

Applicants will have:

  • experience in executive administration, project coordination
  • experience with Sentral, Canva and Microsoft Office
  • outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • a resourceful, proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • experience within an educational setting to coordinate events, meetings and whole school initiatives and activities
  • a strong commitment to contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • the ability to work independently and provide logistical support
  • highly developed organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a whole school team to build positive relationships with students, parents, staff and community
  • current First Aid and CPR qualifications
