St Sava College is a thriving co-educational Kindergarten-Year 7 Serbian Orthodox school, with significant further growth expected over the coming years.

The 186-acre pristine and secure property is in south-west Sydney and sits between Campbelltown Rd and Camden Valley Way at 381 St Andrews Road Varroville.

We are seeking an exceptional Orthodox Christian leader who:

·        sets high expectations and fosters a collaborative and supportive culture and a kind and respectful school climate

·        builds a professional learning community that is focused on continuous improvement of teaching and learning

·        uses a range of data management methods and technologies to ensure that the staff and resources are efficiently organised and managed to provide an effective and safe learning environment

·        implements clear, evidence-based improvement plans and policies

·        develops and maintains positive partnerships with students, families and carers and the wider school community

·        supports the mission, values, vision and philosophy of the school

·        demonstrates an excellent knowledge and understanding of evidence-based strategies to improve learning outcomes for students

·        recognises the importance of emotional intelligence, empathy, resilience and personal wellbeing
