About the Role
Canberra Grammar School is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking educator to help expand opportunity, challenge and academic growth across the Senior School.
The Assistant Director plays an important role in bringing the School’s enrichment and scholarship vision to life. Working collaboratively with the Director, Heads of Faculty and Heads of Student House, you will coordinate high-quality programmes that identify, inspire and support capable students from all backgrounds.
Within a defined 0.5 FTE leadership portfolio, you will lead the Senior Study Programme and study skills provision, connect academic challenge with student wellbeing, and strengthen the systems through which students are identified, encouraged and supported to participate.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence learning beyond the classroom, build a culture of intellectual ambition and ensure that access to enrichment does not depend on family initiative or prior advantage.
