The successful candidate will demonstrate the capacity to lead with consistency, build positive relationships and uphold College expectations, contributing to a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment. The Year Level Leader plays a key role in shaping and sustaining a positive, connected and cohesive year-level culture that promotes student engagement and personal growth.
