As the College continues to grow alongside the rapidly expanding communities of northern Adelaide, we are seeking two Catholic leaders to join the Xavier College Executive Leadership Team as Campus Principals.
The Evanston Campus is Xavier College's thriving Reception to Year 6 primary campus, serving more than 520 students in a contemporary and community-focused learning environment. As Campus Principal, you will lead the next phase of growth and development of this important campus while contributing to the strategic leadership of Xavier College as an integrated Early Years to Year 12 college.
The Opportunity
The Campus Principal is the senior educational leader of the campus, responsible for its leadership, performance, culture and day-to-day operations. This Principal-level appointment offers a unique opportunity to lead Xavier College's Reception-Year 6 campus while contributing to the strategic direction, cohesion and success of Xavier College.
Serving a vibrant and growing primary community, the Campus Principal will provide strong educational, faith and operational leadership, nurturing the foundations of learning, wellbeing and community engagement while actively contributing to whole-of-college collaboration and system leadership.
